Okay, so I wanted to figure out who the best NBA players of all time were, specifically focusing on the Chicago Bulls. I’m a huge Bulls fan, so I thought it’d be fun to make a list. Here’s how I did it.

My Deep Dive into Bulls History
First, I just started brainstorming. I mean, obviously, Michael Jordan popped into my head immediately. He’s gotta be number one, right? Then I thought about Scottie Pippen, his trusty sidekick. Those two were unstoppable together.
Next, I remembered Dennis Rodman, the rebounding machine. That guy was a beast on the boards! And then, of course, there’s Derrick Rose. Even though injuries messed with his career, he was amazing to watch when he was healthy.
So, with those names in mind, I started doing some digging. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t forgetting anyone important. I mainly checked some sports websites and old articles, looking for stats and stuff.
I made a simple list in my text program and jotted down players’ names, key stats (like points, rebounds, assists), and any championships they won. Just keeping it basic, nothing fancy.
- Michael Jordan: Many points, many championships. The GOAT.
- Scottie Pippen: All-around great, helped Jordan a lot.
- Dennis Rodman: Rebounds, rebounds, rebounds. And defense!
- Derrick Rose: MVP, so exciting to watch before the injuries.
- Other players: added some names from a research
After collecting all, I tried to rank them. That was a little, I just used my gut feeling, and a little bit is based on their stats.

It wasn’t a super scientific process, to be honest. But it was a fun trip down memory lane, remembering all those great Bulls players. I was able to list the players I had in mind. It was my own record of the Bulls, so it was a meaningful process for me.
