- First few laps: Just getting used to the clutch engagement, the brakes. Finding how it turns. It felt lighter than I expected, actually pretty nimble.

- Handling bumps: Took it over some rougher ground, small whoops and ruts. The suspension soaked it up pretty well. Way better than some older bikes I’ve ridden. You feel the bumps, sure, but it doesn’t beat you up nearly as much.
Spent a good hour or so just playing around. Didn’t try any massive jumps or anything – I know my limits. Mostly focused on cornering, braking hard, and feeling how the bike reacted. It demands respect, that’s for sure. You gotta be smooth with it, can’t just muscle it around like a smaller bike.
Wrapping Up
By the end, I was definitely feeling it in my arms. It’s a workout. Brought it back, let it cool down. Got pretty dusty, maybe a little muddy here and there. The usual.
Quick checks after: Looked it over again. No leaks, nothing obviously loose. Chain looked okay. Just gave it a quick wipe-down, mostly getting the worst of the dirt off the seat and controls.
Overall? It was intense. A lot of power, handles sharp. You can see why racers like these things. It’s not a casual trail bike you just putt around on, it wants to go fast. Definitely a fun experience, glad I got the chance. Makes you appreciate the skill of the folks who can really push these machines.
