Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about “The Dirty Black Bag” lately, especially with Season 2 dropping. I remember kinda liking the first season – it had that gritty, spaghetti western vibe, which is totally my jam. So, I figured, why not dive back in?
First things first, I had to remember where I even watched the first season. Was it on AMC+? Yeah, I think it was. So, I fired up my trusty old Roku and navigated to the AMC+ app. Thank goodness I didn’t cancel that subscription!
Once I was in, I searched for “The Dirty Black Bag.” Easy peasy, it popped right up. Season 2 was right there, staring me in the face. I clicked on it, and…bam! A whole new season of dusty shootouts and morally ambiguous characters.
- Episode 1: Okay, things started a little slow, I’ll admit. Lots of setting the scene, reminding you who’s who and what grudges they’re still holding. But by the end, things were definitely picking up. That cliffhanger, though!
- Episodes 2-4: This is where it really got good. The action ramped up, and the storylines started to intertwine in some unexpected ways. I was definitely hooked. Lots of late nights, I’m not gonna lie.
- Episodes 5-8: I just binged. Non stop all day.
And I do mean gritty. This show doesn’t shy away from the violence, and the characters are all kinds of messed up. But that’s what I like about it! It’s not your typical, clean-cut western. It’s got that raw, unpredictable energy that keeps you on the edge of your * in all, solid watch and am glad that I hopped back into it.
