Okay, here’s my experience with the BFD reset schedule:
So, I’ve been diving deep into this game lately, right? And there’s this thing called Blackfathom Deeps, or BFD for short. It’s like a dungeon, and you can get some pretty sweet loot from it. But here’s the catch – it resets. Meaning, all the bosses and the loot respawn after a certain period.
At first, I was confused. I kept seeing people talk about a “3-day lockout.” What’s that? Does it mean I can only run it once every three days? Does it depend on when I first cleared it? Or is it like, a fixed schedule for everyone? Man, it was a mess in my head.
I started digging around, asking people in the game, checking forums, all that jazz. Some folks said it resets every three days, no matter what. Others were like, “Nah, it’s tied to server maintenance.” And a few were just as lost as I was.
Then, I stumbled upon this one post that made things a bit clearer. It basically said that the BFD reset happens every three days for everyone. It doesn’t matter when you cleared it last, or if you’ve even cleared it at all. It’s like clockwork. Every three days, bam, it resets.
I also found out that you can check the reset status yourself. Just hit the ‘O’ button to open the social panel and then click on the raid tab at the bottom, there you can see whether the BFD has reset.
With this newfound knowledge, I started planning my BFD runs. I figured, okay, if it resets every three days, I can run it, then chill for a couple of days, do other stuff in the game, and then hit it up again.
I even joined a guild, and we started discussing how to approach this whole BFD thing as a group. Some guilds are all about that hardcore raiding, every week, on the dot. But with BFD’s 3-day thing, it’s a bit different. We decided to just roll with it, run it when it’s up, and not stress too much about a strict schedule.
There were some other things I found out about BFD such as the bonus you can get for completing it, but I’m not sure about it. I think I should find out more information about it.
Recently I saw someone saying that there are only 2 weeks left for season 2 and they are requesting to reduce the BFD reset to one day. I’m not sure whether it is a good idea or not.
But yeah, that’s my journey with the BFD reset schedule. It went from total confusion to a pretty chill routine. Just gotta remember, every three days, it’s BFD time!
