Alright, so I was really curious about when I could catch the eclipse in Vegas. I mean, it’s not every day you get to see something like that, right? So, I started digging around to find out.

First, I opened up my browser and typed in something like, “eclipse time in Las Vegas”. Honestly, the results were kind of all over the place. Some sites were saying one time, others were saying something completely different. It was a bit of a mess, to be honest.
But I wasn’t giving up that easily. I decided to try a different way. I remembered there’s this website that lets you put in your location and it tells you all about astronomical events. It’s pretty cool.
So I went to that website and entered “Las Vegas, Nevada” into the search bar. And bam! There it was, all the info I needed.
- Partial eclipse begins: It said the partial eclipse would start at around 10:08 AM. That’s when the moon starts to cover the sun.
- Maximum eclipse: Then, it said the maximum eclipse, where the sun is most covered, would be at about 11:20 AM.
- Partial eclipse ends: And finally, it said the whole thing would be over by 12:36 PM.
I was pretty excited to find all this out. I even made a little note on my phone so I wouldn’t forget. Now, I just need to find a good spot to watch it from. Maybe somewhere with a clear view of the sky. I also thought about inviting some friends. It could be a fun little get-together.
Anyway, that’s how I figured out the eclipse timings for Vegas. It took a bit of searching, but I got there in the end. Hopefully, the weather will be good on the day. Fingers crossed!
