Alright, so I wanted to watch the D-backs game the other day, and I was like, “Okay, how do I even do this?” I’m not always the best with tech stuff, so I started digging around.

First, I just did a simple search. Typed in “dbacks stream” and hoped for the best. I saw a bunch of stuff pop up, but it wasn’t super clear what was legit and what wasn’t.
Then I remembered, that some games are on specific channels, and it varies. So, I checked the D-backs’ official schedule to see where that particular game was being broadcast. This is important because it tells you where to start.
Figuring out the Options
- If it’s on a regular cable channel: I’m good to go. Just turn on the TV and find the channel.
- If it’s on a specific sports network:, it can get a little more complicated. I might need a subscription to that channel or service.
- Streaming Services: I’ve heard that some services, have deals to show games.
I looked at the different streaming services. Some have free trials, which is cool if you’re just trying to catch one game. But remember to cancel those if you don’t want to get charged!
Honestly, it took a bit of trial and error. I checked a few different services, saw if they had the game listed, and if they did, I made sure I had the right subscription level. It’s a bit of a pain, but once you figure it out, it’s pretty straightforward.
I ended up finding a way to watch the game! And the next time I need to watch the Dbacks I’ll know what steps to take.
