Okay, so I’ve been following the US Senior Open for a while now, and this year’s field is looking pretty stacked. I figured I’d dig in and see what all the fuss is about. First, I started by checking out the list of players who’ve qualified. It’s a mix of familiar faces and some new names, which is always exciting.

Then I decided to look into the venue. I’ve read that it’s a tough course, lots of challenges. So, I watched some videos of past tournaments held there. I even looked through some articles and blogs, just trying to get a feel for what the players will be up against. Man, some of those holes look brutal!
- First, I gathered all the names of the qualified players.
- Then, I researched the history of the course, what makes it difficult.
- Next, I compared the players’ past performances, especially in major tournaments.
- After that, I checked their recent forms and results.
- Finally, I made some notes about the weather conditions during the tournament week.
After gathering all this info, I started thinking about who might have a good shot at winning. There are a few guys who’ve been playing really well lately, and their game seems to suit this type of course. I jotted down some notes about their strengths and weaknesses, and how they might handle the pressure. It’s never easy to predict a winner, but it’s fun to speculate.
My Notes
I wrote down everything I found in my notebook, just to keep track. I even drew a little map of the course, highlighting the tricky spots. Sounds nerdy, I know, but it helps me visualize things. I ended up with pages of notes, player stats, course details, everything. I am not a professional analyst, I just do this for fun. Now, I’m really pumped for the tournament to start. I think it’s gonna be a great one. I just hope that my preparation will help me enjoy the event more.
I will keep my eyes on these players this weekend. Maybe I will be right about the winner, but that is not really important. I am just happy to share my interest with you guys. I really hope you will enjoy the US Senior Open 2024 with me.
