Okay, so I finally decided to dive into this whole “UFC Prime” thing everyone’s been talking about. I’d seen the ads, heard the hype, and figured, why not? I’m always looking for ways to boost my workouts. Here’s how it went down:

Getting Started
First things first, I had to figure out exactly what UFC Prime is. Turns out, it’s not some magical pill, but a hydration drink mix. It’s supposed to help with, like, electrolytes and stuff during workouts. Sounds good, right?
Mixing it Up
I grabbed a bottle of water, ripped open one of the UFC Prime packets – I went with the Blue Raspberry flavor, because, why not? – and dumped it in. Gave it a good shake. It turned this crazy bright blue color. Looked like something out of a sci-fi movie, honestly.
- Color: Super blue.
- Smell: Kinda fruity, kinda…artificial?
- Taste: We’ll get there.
The Workout Test
I chugged about half of it before I started my usual routine – some weights, some cardio. I wanted to see if this stuff actually made a difference. Did I feel like a UFC fighter? Not really. Did I feel…hydrated? Yeah, I guess so.
Throughout my workout, I kept sipping on it. The taste…it’s okay. It’s sweet, a little tangy, but definitely has that artificial sweetener aftertaste. It’s not terrible, but it’s not something I’d crave, you know?
The Aftermath
Finished my workout, finished the rest of the UFC Prime. Honestly, I didn’t feel a huge difference. Maybe I felt a little less wiped out than usual? It’s hard to say. Could be the placebo effect, could be the actual drink.

My Verdict (For Now)
So, is UFC Prime worth the hype? I’m not entirely sure yet. I didn’t feel like I was able to leap tall buildings in a single bound or suddenly have knockout power. I’ll probably keep using it for a few more workouts, see if I notice anything more significant. It definitely kept me hydrated, and that’s a good thing, no complaints, it’s something. But as for turning me into a UFC champion? Still working on that, I need more time to test.
I think it’s fine and I will try other tastes.
