Tijuana Pachuca Tickets: Where to Buy? Here is the best and cheapest way to secure your seats for the game!

Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this trip idea, from Tijuana to Pachuca, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a wild ride figuring it all out. I started off pretty clueless, just knowing I wanted to get from point A to point B, you know?

Tijuana Pachuca Tickets: Where to Buy? Here is the best and cheapest way to secure your seats for the game!

First thing I did was hit up the internet, just a simple search, “Tijuana to Pachuca”. Man, was I bombarded with options! Buses, flights, even trains which I didn’t know if it’s possible. Each had its own price tag and travel time. Seemed like the bus was the way to go if I wanted to save some cash. They were throwing around prices like $95 or $103, which honestly isn’t too shabby for such a long trip.

    Digging Deeper

  • I started comparing different bus companies. There’s this one called Autotravel, and another called BlaBlaCarBus. Each had slightly different prices and schedules. I spent a good chunk of time just going through their websites, trying to figure out which one was the best deal.
  • Then I thought, “What about flying?” Maybe it would be faster, even if it was more expensive. So, I started looking up flights to Pachuca. Turns out, there’s no airport in Pachuca directly, so you’d have to fly to Mexico City and then figure it out from there. I saw some flight tickets for around a few hundred bucks, which, considering the distance, wasn’t too crazy. But then you gotta factor in the extra travel from Mexico City to Pachuca, which is another bus or something.
  • I also stumbled upon some information about trains. I’m not a big train traveler, so I didn’t really look into that too much. But it seems like there’s an option there, though I’m not sure how convenient or cheap it is.

After all that research, I’m leaning towards the bus. It’s definitely the cheapest option, and while it’s a long ride—we’re talking like 44 hours!—I figure I can make it an adventure. Load up on some podcasts, books, maybe even try to get some work done. I might even meet some interesting people along the way.

One thing I did notice was that you could buy tickets for things like Club Tijuana soccer games at Estadio Hidalgo in Pachuca. I’m not a huge soccer fan, but it’s cool to know that’s an option if I wanted to catch a game while I’m there.

So yeah, that’s where I’m at with this whole Tijuana to Pachuca journey. It’s been a bit of a learning process, but I think I’ve got a pretty good handle on it now. Now it’s just a matter of actually booking the ticket and making it happen!
