Okay, so “colin stallion,” huh? Sounds like a weird name for a horse or something. I had some free time today, so I decided to mess around with it and see what I could come up with.
First, I just googled the name. You know, just to get a feel for what’s out there. I saw some stuff pop up, images and what not, looks like different variations, but I wanted to make something myself, to try my hands on it.
Getting Started
So, I opened up my image editor. I use an old version, nothing too fancy. I am not a designer, but I like creating things, it is one of my hobbies.
- Blank canvas – always start fresh, right?
- Picked a color I liked. Went with a kind of darkish red.
- I added some random shapes.
Experimenting
I kept adding stuff. I add some circles, then some lines. It looked really messy at first, I thought I failed, but I continued because I like to finish what I have started. It’s a kind of a challenge. I erased some parts, moved things around… it was a lot of trial and error. No real plan, just going with the flow, playing around, you know?
After messing with the position of lines, I was lost at what to do next, So I decided to call it a day.
Final Result
After maybe an hour or so, I had something. Was it good? I don’t know. Was it “colin stallion”? Maybe? It was more like “my version of colin stallion after an hour of messing around”. It’s not going to win any awards, that’s for sure. But I made it, and that’s what counts, I created it.
It was a fun little exercise, really. Just taking a random name and seeing where my creativity (or lack thereof) takes me. Might try it again with something else tomorrow. Maybe a “purple kangaroo”? Who knows!
