Okay, so today I messed around with this “sourav banik” thing. I didn’t really know what to expect, just a name, right? So, first thing I did was punch it into Google. You know, see what pops up.
I scrolled through a bunch of stuff. Seemed like a common enough name. There were some LinkedIn profiles, a few social media accounts… nothing really jumped out at me. It wasn’t like, “Oh, THIS is the sourav banik I need to focus on.”
Digging a Little Deeper
I figured, okay, let’s try some different angles. I added some keywords to my search, like “developer,” “project,” “GitHub” – stuff like that. Trying to narrow it down. I started to find a few more interesting bits and pieces. A couple of projects that might be connected, some blog posts that could be related… but nothing concrete.
I spent a good chunk of time clicking through these different links. Reading through some of the content. Trying to piece together a picture. Was this a student? A professional? What kind of stuff were they working on?
Getting My Hands Dirty (Sort Of)
One of the things I found looked like a code repository. I’m not a coder, not really, but I know enough to poke around. I looked at some of the files, tried to get a sense of what the project was about. It looked… complicated. Way over my head, to be honest.
Results? Inconclusive.
So, after all that… I’m still not 100% sure what I accomplished. I explored. I learned a few things. But I didn’t have that “Aha!” moment. It’s more like, I opened a bunch of doors, peeked inside, and then closed them again. Maybe with a little more time, or some specific direction, I could have figured out more. But for now, it’s still a bit of a mystery.
I feel I kind of failed,but It’s okay sometimes. I recorded my doing today,and next time I should be better.
