So, I got this weird idea stuck in my head the other day. You know Scott Stapp, the Creed singer? And you know, the Dallas Cowboys? Well, for some reason, I just had to see if there was any connection. Like, maybe Stapp was a huge Cowboys fan or something. Don’t ask me why, it just popped into my brain.
First, I fired up Google. Just typed in “Scott Stapp Cowboys,” plain and simple. I figured if there was anything major, it’d pop right up. I scrolled through the first few pages of results. Mostly stuff about Creed, his solo career, you know, the usual. Nothing about the Cowboys jumped out at me.
Then, I tried to get a little more specific. I added some keywords, like “fan,” “football,” and “Dallas.” Still, not much. I found a couple of forums where people were talking about Creed, but no one mentioned anything about Stapp being a big Cowboys supporter.
Digging Deeper (and Failing)
- I checked Stapp’s social media. I know, I know, a little stalker-ish, but I was on a mission!
- I went to his Twitter (or X, whatever it is now) and his Instagram.
- I scrolled, and scrolled, and scrolled some more.
- I saw lots of posts about music, his family, some inspirational stuff… but no Cowboys.
Honestly, I spent way too much time on this. My wife even asked me what I was doing, and I had to explain this whole, dumb obsession I had. She just shook her head.
In the end, I came up empty. It seems like there’s no real connection between Scott Stapp and the Dallas Cowboys. Maybe he likes them, maybe he doesn’t. But there’s nothing out there to suggest he’s some super-fan. My little internet quest was a total bust.
It’s a little that my curiosity didn’t have result,but maybe I should stick to listening to music instead of trying to connect random dots.
