Alright, today I want to talk about my recent experience with the Scooter Silver Wing. You know, I’ve been thinking about getting a scooter for a while now. Cars are just too much, especially with the current situation, and a brand new bike? Forget about it! They’re like 40,000 baht or something crazy like that.
So, I started looking into second-hand options. I figured I could probably find a decent scooter in good condition for around 15,000 to 20,000 baht. Seemed like a good deal to me.
Then I stumbled upon the Honda Silver Wing. I did some digging around and kept seeing how this thing was a perfect mix of a scooter and a motorcycle. People were raving about how versatile and comfortable it was.

I saw a listing for a 2011 model, the sw-t600, and it looked like it was in great shape. The seller even mentioned it had some upgrades like a Malossi clutch and exhaust. I was getting excited!
Checked the longevity, and I was amazed. I saw some posts about these Silver Wings going for over 100,000 miles! There was even a picture of one that hit exactly 100. This thing is a beast!
I contacted a few sellers, compared prices, and finally decided on one that seemed like a fair deal. Met up with the seller, checked out the scooter, and it was just as described. Took it for a test ride, and it felt great.
After a bit of back and forth on the price, we settled on a number we were both happy with. I got the paperwork sorted, transferred the money, and bam! I was the proud owner of a Honda Silver Wing scooter.
Honestly, the whole process was smoother than I expected. From deciding I wanted a scooter to actually owning one, it all happened pretty quickly. Now I’m cruising around on my Silver Wing, and it’s been a blast. I definitely recommend checking out the Silver Wing if you’re in the market for a scooter. It’s a solid choice.
