So, I decided to get serious about my health and fitness. It all started with stepping on the scale and not liking the number staring back at me. That was my wake-up call, I was quite overweight last year. I needed a change, and I needed it bad. That’s when I dived headfirst into boxing, and let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer.

I went all in, training like there was no tomorrow. I mean I really put in the work. We’re talking about real boxing, not just messing around. The workouts were intense, pushing me to my limits every single day. But you know what? I started seeing results, and that’s what kept me going. It wasn’t just about the workouts, though. I had to completely overhaul my diet. I cut out all the junk and focused on eating clean. Lots of protein, veggies, and cutting down on the carbs. It wasn’t easy, but I was determined.
Fast forward to now, I’ve lost about 30kg, or like 4 stone 10lbs, that’s nearly 165 pounds! Crazy, right? It feels amazing, to be honest. I’ve got a fight coming up against Slim Albaher, and I’m ready. We’re fighting at the 165-pound weight class, so I had to make sure I hit that mark.
- Training: Non-stop, seriously. It was like living in the gym.
- Diet: Clean eating all the way. No more junk food for this guy.
- Results: Lost 30kg and feeling stronger than ever.
- Next Up: Slim Albaher, 165-pound weight class. It’s going down!
It’s been a wild ride, and I’m not stopping here. This journey has shown me that with hard work and dedication, you can achieve anything. Even Logan Paul was impressed! This journey gradually became my love. And I even knocked out Warski in just 15 seconds at the O2 Arena! I’m in the best shape of my life, and I’m excited to see where this takes me. Stay tuned, because this is just the beginning!
