Okay, so, I was digging around the internet the other day, trying to find out more about this tennis player, Olivia Lincer. I mean, I’d heard the name, seen some highlights, but I wanted to know the full story, you know?
First, I started with a simple search. Just typed her name into the search bar and boom, tons of results! But it was kind of overwhelming at first. There were news articles, stats pages, and all sorts of stuff. I needed to narrow it down.
I started clicking on a few of the links. Some were just basic bio pages, you know, the usual stuff like where she’s from (Poland, by the way), her birthdate (December 17, 2004, she is 20 years old! ) , and her current WTA ranking (around 440, which is pretty impressive if you ask me). It seems her best ranking was 438, but I’m sure it will get even better soon.
Then I found some articles talking about her career. Apparently, she’s been playing since she was a kid, which makes sense. Her parents even have a tennis academy! She started competing in the under-18 group at just 13, and by 16, she was already number 1.

One site had a whole breakdown of her stats, like her win-loss record and stuff like that. It’s cool to see how she’s been doing over time. She is been playing in the 2024 season as well, but in another site it said she is from USA, maybe she was born there and then moved to Poland, who knows?
Then, I got sidetracked a little, but in a good way! I found this random tidbit about a singer, Olivia Rodrigo, who apparently started out as an actress. She was even in a commercial and a movie before becoming a singer! It has nothing to do with the tennis player, but it just goes to show how you can go down these rabbit holes when you’re searching online. Oh, and there was something about TikTok using Rodrigo’s songs, but that’s a story for another day.
Anyway, back to Olivia Lincer, the tennis player. I spent a good few hours reading and watching, and I gotta say, I’m impressed. She’s definitely someone to keep an eye on. I’m excited to see what she does next! I think I’ll set up some kind of alert so I can get notified whenever there’s news about her. Yeah, that’s what I’ll do.
