Okay, so I got thinking about the Minnesota Timberwolves the other day, specifically that team from back in 2011. It feels like ages ago, right? I couldn’t quite place everyone who was on the roster that season, just a few names rattling around in my head. It kind of bugged me, so I figured I’d sit down and actually pull up the list, just to refresh my memory.
First thing I did was just try to remember off the top of my head. Kevin Love, obviously. He was becoming a monster rebounder around then. Michael Beasley was definitely there too, trying to score a bunch. I remembered Darko Milicic being the starting center, which, well, that was a thing that happened.
But beyond those guys, it got a bit fuzzy. Who was running the point? Was Jonny Flynn still there? What about the draft picks? So, I went online, did a bit of digging through some sports sites I check sometimes. Had to sift through some stuff, you know, make sure I was looking at the right season, the 2010-2011 roster specifically.

Seeing that list brings it back. A young team, lots of guys trying to figure things out. Kevin Love was the clear bright spot, but man, that roster was something else. Anyway, that was my little trip down memory lane trying to piece together that 2011 T-Wolves team. Just wanted to share what I found.
