Okay, so I’ve been wanting to get my hands on a pair of LeBron 1s for a while. I finally decided to pull the trigger and document the whole process.

The Hunt Begins
First, I started by browsing some online stores, I knew I wanted them, I had seen them in pictures plenty of times, but I didn’t realize just how many colorways and special editions there were! It was a little overwhelming at first.
I spent a good few hours just looking at different versions, checking prices. I saw a lot that were way more expensive than they should’ve been. I mean really inflated prices. So finding a pair that was “reasonable” for my budget was definitely a top concern.
Narrowing it Down
After a while, I managed to narrow it down to a few specific colorways that I really liked. Mostly classic colorways, Nothing too flashy. Just trying to keep it simple and clean.
- I considered going through some of those reseller sites.
- I checked out some forums to see what other people’s experiences were.
- I decided, for safe and for a trusted experience, to do it on my own and use reputable stores.
The Purchase!
Finally, I found a pair that I loved, in my size, and at a price I could, reluctantly, live with. It was like hitting the jackpot. I quickly added them to my cart, double-checked everything, and hit that “buy” button. I kept refreshing my email like a madman, waiting for that confirmation.
The Waiting Game…and Arrival!
Then came the waiting, I always hate this part. Finally, after what felt like forever, I got the notification that they had shipped! A few more days of obsessively tracking the package, and boom, they arrived!

Unboxing and First Impressions
I grabbed the box, practically ripped it open, and there they were. I could almost smell that new shoe scent. First thing, I tried them on. The fit was perfect, and they are way better in person! I spent the rest of the day just admiring my new Lebron 1’s. I’m so glad I finally did this.
