Okay, so, the NFL playoffs, right? Round 2, divisional round, whatever you wanna call it – it was a wild ride this year. I’ve been glued to the screen, and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster of emotions.

First off, I started digging around for info on how to even watch these games. Turns out, it’s a bit of a mess. You’ve got games spread across ABC, CBS, ESPN, FOX, NBC, and even NFL+. I mean, come on, can’t they just put them all in one place? It took some serious planning to figure out which games were on which channel and when.
I made a whole schedule for myself, marking down each game and where to watch it. I even looked into some of those expert picks and odds, just for fun. Not that I’m a betting man, but it’s always interesting to see what the “experts” think.
Then came the actual watching part. I cleared my schedule, stocked up on snacks, and settled in for a weekend of football. I watched those games like a hawk, analyzing every play, every move. Some of the matchups were insane! I saw the Commanders make their playoff return and I saw the Texans try to take the AFC title. Crazy stuff, man!
- Watched the Commanders’ playoff return – They did great, especially after not being in the playoffs for so long.
- Followed the Texans’ journey in the AFC – They were on fire, but it takes more than heat to win it all.
I yelled at the TV, I cheered, I paced around during the tense moments. It was like I was right there on the field with them. All in all, it was a weekend well spent. A bit exhausting, but totally worth it. I’ve got my own opinions on how things went down, and I love discussing it with other fans. I am ready for next season already!
My Notes From the Weekend:
- Need more snacks next time. Ran out way too fast.
- Maybe invite some friends over for the next round. More fun with a crowd.
I feel like I learned a lot, not just about the teams, but also about how to navigate the crazy world of NFL playoff broadcasts. I kept notes, made some predictions (some right, some wrong), and just generally immersed myself in the whole experience.

Can’t wait to see what happens next year! Maybe I’ll even start a blog or something to document it all. Who knows?
