Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this idea for a while now, and I finally got it to work. It’s all about creating the Randy Orton RKO symbol, you know, the one from wrestling. I’m a huge fan of Randy Orton, and the RKO is, like, his signature move. It stands for his full name, which is pretty cool. It turns out that RKO was originally an acronym for Radio-Keith-Orpheum.
I started by doing some digging online. Found out that a guy named Harrison trained Randy Orton and changed the name of the move to RKO to match Orton’s initials, renaming his own version to “Real Knockout”. That is interesting! I just wanted to make that iconic symbol, so it’s not just about the move, but also about his initials.
First, I sketched out a few ideas on paper. I wanted it to be instantly recognizable, you know? After a few tries, I had a rough design that I was happy with.
Then, I moved to my computer. I used a basic graphics editor, nothing fancy. I started by creating the basic shapes, the letters “R,” “K,” and “O.”
