Okay, so the other day I was messing around online, trying to figure out some potential WNBA trades. You know, just playing armchair GM. I stumbled upon this thing called a “WNBA trade machine,” and I was like, “What’s this all about?”

So, I started poking around. I found, there are a few different “trade machine,” mostly fan made tools.
I clicked on the tools, and honestly, it was kinda fun, but not a real “machine”.
My “Trade Machine” Adventure
I picked a few players, and tried to build what in my mind was like a blockbuster deal.
- Selected my star player, the one everyone wants.
- Added a couple of solid role players from another team.
- Included a draft pick, you know, for future potential.
Then I hit submit. It just shows the trade, not if it is legal, or good, just show it.
I spent a good hour just trying different combinations. It’s a fun way. It’s pretty basic, but for a quick and dirty trade scenario, it does the trick. I realized I was way more invested in these fake trades than I should be!
