So, I was watching the news the other day, just flipping through channels, you know how it is. And there was Pete Buttigieg giving some sort of update. He was standing at a podium, and then later next to someone else, I forget who exactly. It just got me thinking, purely out of curiosity, how tall is that guy?
It’s not something super important, obviously, but my mind just latched onto it. Happens sometimes. You see someone often enough in the public eye, and these little details pop into your head. So, I figured, why not just look it up? Took out my tablet while the commercials were on.
My Quick Search
I just typed “pete buttigieg height” into the search thing. Pretty straightforward. You get a bunch of results right away, of course. Some celebrity profile sites, news articles mentioning it maybe, forum discussions. It’s always a bit of a mix online.
I clicked around a couple of the top ones. You have to sort of see if there’s a consensus, because sometimes these things vary wildly. One site might say one thing, another something slightly different. It’s like they’re guessing sometimes!
Anyway, after checking a few sources, the number that kept coming up most often was 5 feet 9 inches. Some places might round it differently or maybe list 5’8″, but 5’9″ seemed to be the most common figure floating around that I saw repeated.
So, that was that. Just a quick little search to satisfy a random thought. It’s funny, isn’t it? The little bits of trivia you end up looking for. Didn’t take long, just a few minutes tapping away. Now I know. It’s not going to change my day, but the question mark in my head is gone. That’s the main thing, right? Just clearing out those little mental tabs.
