Man, I gotta tell you about this awesome day I had at the Coronado Municipal Golf Course. It was a blast! So, I’ve been wanting to check this place out for a while, you know? It’s supposed to be one of the best public courses around, and it’s right by the water, which is always a plus.
I woke up early, grabbed my clubs, and headed over to the course. This place is just a hop, skip, and a jump from downtown San Diego, right over that cool-looking Coronado Bay Bridge. As soon as I got there, I could see the harbor and the city skyline – talk about a view!
I warmed up at the driving range first. They keep the lights on until 9 pm, which is pretty sweet if you wanna hit some balls after work or something. Then, I practiced my putting and chipping a bit – gotta get that short game dialed in, right?

I played a full round, and even though my score wasn’t exactly pro-level, I had a great time. The holes were challenging but fair, and I managed to hit a few good shots here and there. And honestly, with views like that, who cares if you bogey a few holes?

I spent the whole day there, just soaking it all in. The weather was perfect, the people were friendly, and the whole vibe was just super chill. It’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.
