Alright, so, the other day I was trying to get my hands on a shiny Slugma. Let me tell you, it was a whole thing. I was so pumped to find one, you know? I heard it turns like a cool grey color, so I was really keeping my eyes peeled.
I started by just walking around, hoping to bump into one. I spent hours walking. My legs were tired, man. I was starting to think this was going to be way harder than I thought.
- First thing I did was just wander around my usual spots.
- Then I remembered someone saying they pop up more during certain events, like fire-type events or something.
- I figured I should probably just wait for an event that might make it easier.
While I was waiting, I did a little digging. Turns out, catching one of these shiny guys is pretty tough. I found someone saying something about being super determined, putting on a “determined hat”, whatever that means. I guess it really takes some serious dedication to find one.
I was also thinking about how cool it would be to have one for my Pokdex. I love collecting shinies, even if it takes forever. It’s like a little hobby of mine, I just like the thrill of the hunt, I guess.
My Plan
So I decided to just be patient and wait. No point in getting all worked up about it. I made a plan to check the news for any events that might boost the chances of finding one.
And you know what? I finally caught one during an event a while back! It was so exciting. It took a while, but it was totally worth it. It’s now one of my favorite shinies. It is grey, so that was really awesome to actually see.
So yeah, that’s my story about trying to catch a shiny Slugma. It was a bit of an adventure, but I’m glad I stuck with it. Patience is key, my friends! Don’t give up!
