Okay, so today I was messing around with some baseball stuff, specifically about this guy Cameron Young. Turns out, he’s got some interesting connections in the Major League Baseball world.
I was digging around, trying to find some cool highlights, you know, the usual stuff you do when you’re bored. I stumbled upon this tidbit that the league actually sponsors him! I was like, “What? Why?” Then I found out, thanks to Chris Solomon and the No Laying Up podcast, that the commissioner of baseball, Rob Manfred, is a member at Sleepy Hollow. That’s the connection!
My Search for Highlights
So, I started with searching for some general MLB highlight reels.
- First, I looked up a “Best 1-hour compilation of major league baseball.” It was pretty awesome, showing all these epic plays and highlights.
- Then, I checked out this video, “Watch the best of the best from 2022!” It was a countdown from 100, trying to figure out the best plays of the year. That was a fun watch.
- After that, I did the same for 2023. I watched another countdown, “Watch the best of the best from 2023!” It’s always cool to see who made the cut for the play of the year.
Instagram Deep Dive
I even went on Instagram and found this account, . It seemed to have a lot of MLB content. I browsed through some posts, but it was mostly just quick clips and nothing too in-depth about Cameron Young.
Hero World Challenge
Then, randomly, I came across something about the 2024 Hero World Challenge. I thought, “What’s this doing here?” It seemed out of place since I was looking into baseball, not golf. But hey, it was something new to check out.
So, that was my little adventure today. Started with looking up Cameron Young and MLB, ended up all over the place with highlight reels and random golf tournaments. You never know what you’ll find when you start digging around!
