Okay, so, the other day I was messing around online, like I always do, and I stumbled upon this thing called the “Caleb Williams Bear Claw.” Now, I’m a huge Bears fan, so anything with “Bears” in it catches my eye. I heard that this new quarterback, Caleb Williams, showed up at a Cubs game with some other Bears players. And the fans? They went wild! I love seeing that kind of support.

Some people looked at us like we were crazy, but a few others joined in! It was awesome! I felt like we had really done it.

- Curl your fingers in, like you’re making a fist, but keep them slightly separated.
- Point your thumb upwards, and you’ve got your basic Bear Claw.
- From there, you can add a little flair, maybe a scratching motion or a roar.
- Don’t be afraid to put your own spin on it, make it your own!
- Practice in front of a mirror and don’t be embarrassed.
