Yesterday, I bumped into a cool thing called “madrid table” and I just had to try it out. I’m no expert, just a regular guy who likes to tinker with stuff, so I thought I’d share my little adventure.
Getting Started

Building the Table

Now, I started filling it in. “The Shawshank Redemption,” “Drama,” “1994,” “5 stars” – you get the idea. I kept going, adding more movies, and slowly but surely, my “madrid table” started taking shape. It was actually pretty satisfying to see all my favorite movies organized in one place.
Making it Digital
The paper version was cool, but I wanted something I could easily update and maybe even share. So, I fired up my computer and used a spreadsheet program. It’s basically the same idea, but digital. I created the same columns, typed in my movie info, and boom – instant digital “madrid table”.
I even played around with sorting the table. I could see all my action movies together, or sort them by rating to see my absolute top picks. That’s something you can’t really do with a paper version!
The End Result
In a couple of hours, my “madrid table” helped me build a simple, clean way to manage my movies data and I could see all my movie data neatly organized. It’s not rocket science, but it’s super handy. And honestly, it was kind of fun to build. Maybe I’ll try using it for other things, like tracking my expenses or planning my workouts. Who knows!
