Okay, here’s my experience sharing about Ben Kohls, hope you guys find it useful!
So, I’ve been a Kohl’s shopper for, like, ever. Seriously, years. I always liked their stores – you know, the vibe, the stuff they sell, all that. But lately, I’ve been doing more online shopping ’cause, well, it’s just easier sometimes. And that’s where things started to get a little weird with Kohl’s.
First off, I ordered a Christmas gift online. Thought I was being all smart and organized, getting it done early. But guess what? It didn’t show up on time. Of course, I was freaking out a little, cause you know, Christmas was coming up fast! I call up customer service, and they were no help at all. That made me mad, I mean really mad.
- I called to ask about my order
- They told me it was delayed
- Customer service was just useless
- I got more and more frustrated
Anyway, I thought maybe I was just having a bad experience, so I went online to see what other people were saying. Turns out, I wasn’t alone. I started reading reviews from other customers, and man, some of them were pretty bad.
There were some good reviews about Kohl’s, saying the usual things – that they sell clothes, furniture, that kinda stuff, but there was a bunch of people who had the same issues as me. Late orders, bad customer service, you name it.
My thought
I kept digging, reading more and more reviews. It was kind of like falling down a rabbit hole. The more I read, the more I realized that Kohl’s has some serious problems. Like 3,380 people had already reviewed Kohl’s, and I was shocked. I read through a bunch of them, and it seemed like a lot of people were having the same kind of experiences.
I started to feel like maybe Kohl’s isn’t the same store I used to love. It’s like they’re all in their own little world, not paying attention to what customers actually need. Like, how hard is it to get an order delivered on time? And how hard is it to have decent customer service?
So yeah, that’s my story about Kohl’s. I’m still kind of bummed out about it, because I used to really like them. But after all this, I’m not so sure anymore. I guess we’ll see what happens in the future, but for now, I think I’m gonna be doing my shopping somewhere else. Just wanted to share my experience, maybe it’ll help someone else out there make a better decision.
