Okay, so I ran into this weird issue with Apex the other day, and I thought I’d share my struggle and how I finally fixed it. It was one of those “bang your head against the wall” kind of problems, you know?

So, I was playing Apex, everything was going fine, then boom! I couldn’t see any of the challenges. Daily, weekly, event challenges – all gone. Just a blank screen where they should have been. It was super frustrating because, like, how am I supposed to know what to do to earn those sweet, sweet rewards?
The Initial Panic
First, I did the usual stuff. I restarted the game. Nope. Still nothing. Okay, maybe it’s my internet? I checked my connection, everything seemed okay there. I even restarted my router, just in case. Still no challenges.
Then, I started thinking maybe it was a bigger problem. I checked the Apex Legends status pages to see if there were any known server issues. I found some old posts from a long time ago, but the issue was * I keep trying, base on old posts to try.
Digging Deeper
- Verified Game Files: Right-clicked on Apex Legends in my game, went to properties, and clicked “Verify integrity of game files.” A long shot, but it’s worked for other games before. I waited for the process end.
- Cleared Cache: I’d heard that sometimes the game cache can cause problems. So I deleted my cache.
I tried to re-login my account, finger crossed, launched the game, and… YES! The challenges were back! I could finally see what I needed to do to level up my battle pass. Relief washed over me, I tell you.
The Solution (For Me, Anyway)
So, after, I tried to re-login my account, and clearing my cache, it’s working again. I am not sure which step is most important. But it’s fixed.

It might not be the solution for everyone, but it’s definitely worth a shot if you’re having the same problem. Good luck, and I hope this helps someone out there avoid the same headache I had!
