Okay, so I stumbled upon this thing called the Acura Motocompacto, and I just had to mess around with it. It’s basically a foldable electric scooter, and it looks like something straight out of a sci-fi movie. I’ve been seeing these electric scooters everywhere, so I figured, why not give this unique-looking one a shot?

Getting Started
First things first, I unboxed it. The thing folds up into this neat little suitcase-looking box. It’s surprisingly heavy, though. I definitely wouldn’t want to carry it for long distances, but it’s manageable to get it in and out of a car trunk or something.
Figuring it Out
Next up, I had to figure out how to unfold this thing. It’s not super obvious at first, but there are a few latches and levers. After a bit of fiddling, I managed to get it into scooter mode. It felt a little bit like solving a puzzle, honestly.
Taking it for a Spin
Now for the fun part: riding it! I flipped the power switch, and the little display lit up. There’s a throttle on the handlebar, and you just twist it to go. It’s pretty zippy! It’s not going to win any races, but it’s definitely faster than walking. I took it around my neighborhood, just cruising around the block and down some side streets.
- The acceleration is pretty smooth.
- It handled bumps in the road okay.
- Felt pretty stable.
Folding it Back Up
After my little test ride, I had to fold it back up. This was a little trickier than unfolding it, mostly because I was trying to remember the steps in reverse. But I eventually got it back into its suitcase form.
My overall thought
It is really fun to ride.I think it would be perfect for short commutes or just getting around a * will be talked about when you ride on road.
