Okay, so today I decided to dive into something I’ve been meaning to check out for a while: “Demolition Man” and, more specifically, Jack Black’s tiny, blink-and-you’ll-miss-it role in it. I remember seeing this movie ages ago, but I totally forgot he was even in it!

First, I tracked down a copy of the movie. I think i found my old DVD.
Then, I fired up the movie. I had to get through a chunk of it before the scene even comes up.
I skipped and skipped through a section to make sure I wouldn’t miss it.
And finally get to the important part, I found the scene! I kept my eyes peeled, I didn’t want to have to rewind. And there he was! Young Jack Black, playing a *’s the scene, you know, where Edgar Friendly’s crew is causing trouble.

- I watched the whole sequence a few times. It’s seriously, like, a few seconds.
- I even tried to take some * all turned out pretty blurry, though. It’s hard to catch such a quick shot!
So, that was my little adventure for the day. I revisited a classic (well, a classic to me, anyway), and confirmed the existence of a super early Jack Black cameo. It’s always fun to go back and discover these little things in movies you’ve seen before.
