So, the other day I was trying to dig up some old NBA stuff, specifically about the 2013 LA Clippers roster. Man, it took me a while to find some decent info.
I started by just hitting up the usual spots, you know, the big sports websites and all. I typed in “2013 LA Clippers roster” and hoped for the best. I got a bunch of results, but most of them were just bits and pieces, nothing really complete.
Then, I remembered this one site, *. I used to go there all the time when I was a kid, checking out player stats and stuff. So, I went there and searched again. This time, I found a pretty good list of players. It even had their jersey numbers, positions, heights, and birthdays. That was cool, but I wanted more.
I kept digging around and found out that the Clippers were actually pretty good that year. They had Chris Paul and Blake Griffin, who were like, a super duo. They won 56 games and only lost 26. That’s a lot of wins!

I also found out that Blake Griffin had signed a big contract with them in 2009, and then he signed another one in 2011. I guess they really liked him. I was using 15 players that season. I read that they finished 1st in their division and 4th in the whole Western Conference. But then they lost in the first round of the playoffs. That must have been a bummer.

It was kind of a pain to piece all this info together from different websites. I wish there was just one place where I could find everything about old teams and players. That would make it so much easier. But I finally got the information that I wanted.
Anyway, that’s my little adventure from yesterday. It was fun to look back at that Clippers team. They were pretty exciting to watch, even though they didn’t make it that far in the playoffs.
