indiainteracts.com Indiainteracts Blogs Services are offered by indiainteracts.com India Limited (Indiainteracts ) which are available free of charge.

I) Member Terms of Service

  1. Membership is available to anyone who registers all required information, provides an accurate, legitimate electronic mail address, and obtains a unique Nickname and password.
  2. indiainteracts.com does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, religion, caste, class, lifestyle preference, or nationality.
  3. indiainteracts.com allows one registered Membership per legitimate electronic mail address. indiainteracts.com must approve any exceptions, including the use of one electronic mail address by multiple users.
  4. Membership is non-transferable.

II) Indiainteracts Blogs Guidelines
  1. Members are solely responsible for everything contained in their own Indiainteracts Blogs. Views expressed by members are their individual views and Indiainteracts is not responsible for any such views, expressions, ideas, comments, statements and content of the same.
  2. indiainteracts.com does not review the contents of a Blog in any way before they appear on the Member area of the site.
  3. indiainteracts.com does not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of any Indiainteracts Blogs.
  4. Members can be held legally liable for the contents of their Blogs and may be held legally accountable if their Blogs include, for example, defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret law without the permission of the author or owner.
  5. The member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Indiainteracts , its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising from or in connection with the contents of the member's Blogincluding any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other members and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
  6. In consideration for the Service, member agrees to provide Indiainteracts current, complete, and accurate registration information (the "Registration Data") as prompted to do by the Service and to maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. Member understands the Service is advertising supported and you grant Indiainteracts the right to disclose the aggregate Registration Data to third parties in connection with marketing the Services. Furthermore, Indiainteracts may itself use the members individual Registration Data to provide targeting of advertisements and other Service offers.

III) Rules for Online Conduct

The following is a non-exclusive list of actions and content that are not permitted on Indiainteracts Blogs:
  1. Material that is an expression of bigotry, racism, or hatred based on age, gender, race, religion, caste, class, lifestyle preference, and nationality.
  2. Material that defames, abuses, or threatens others.
  3. Material that advocates illegal activity and opposed to law.
  4. Material that contains obscene content.

IV) Privacy

All information provided by a Member is strictly confidential. Indiainteracts will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private information unless required by law, enforcement agencies, regulation or court order. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality. Members acknowledge their right to use the Service is personal to them, unless expressed otherwise. Member agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the Service without the express consent of Indiainteracts . Member is entirely responsible for not maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account. Member shall be fully liable for all use of their account, including any unauthorized use of their account by any third-party.

V) Copyrighted Material
  1. Any material protected by trademark, service mark, patent or copyright registration may not be placed on the Site or the Membership area without the express permission of the author or owner of the copyright on that material.
  2. In the event that indiainteracts.com receives a complaint that the contents of a Blog infringe intellectual property rights or are otherwise unlawful, indiainteracts.com shall request written substantiation of the complaint from the complaining party. As such, indiainteracts.com will require substantiation of proof of ownership in the form of a trademark, service mark, patent or copyright registration and will take such steps that it believes to be appropriate under the circumstances.

VI) Termination of Service
  1. indiainteracts.com reserves the right to terminate/suspend Membership and any and all information, communications, Postings, or Indiainteracts Blogs at any time, without notice.
  2. indiainteracts.com may also terminate Membership and delete any and all information, communications, Postings, or Indiainteracts Blogs for online conduct that indiainteracts.com deems is harmful to other Members, the business of indiainteracts.com or other third-party information providers.

VII) indiainteracts.com also reserves the following rights:
  1. To release current or past member information that indiainteracts.com believes is in violation of the terms of service or page content guidelines, or used to commit unlawful acts, or if the information is subpoenaed, and/or if indiainteracts.com deems it necessary and/or appropriate.
  2. indiainteracts.com provides this service with the best possible intentions and is not liable for any unforeseen event such as interruptions, failures, delays in the delivery of content or services available within the Membership area.
  3. indiainteracts.com is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the content or services provided by indiainteracts.com.
  4. To deny membership to offenders of these guidelines or terms of service.
  5. To amend or change these guidelines at any time and without notice.
  6. To use images of Indiainteracts Blogs pages for promotional and other commercial purposes.
