Remember those 'once upon a time… ' Stories that our grandmothers narrated, simple yet witty with deep morals to remember. But today is the age of short and instant communication, so does this mean storytelling is dying? Odyssey, your neighborhood store is all set for this children's day to revive

the art of story telling for the new age kids and parents.
From 14th to 16th November '08 Odyssey is organizing a fun filled festival 'Magic of Stories' for all kids to bridge this gap and imbibe the art of storytelling, story writing, painting and arranging a story, etc into the little ones. The workshops and competitions will dive the kids into the miraculous world of fantasy.
Reading & creative writing can be an exciting and thrilling way to inculcate creativity in little ones. Odyssey endeavors to capture the exhilarating trend where young ones can not only learn to build stories but also read, write and paint stories once narrated by their grandmothers.
Odyssey will conduct a workshop where games will be played and in this route a story will be told to children about ancient games. Moreover Children can also participate in Express a MAD competition where their favourite Cartoon Network topics will be given. The kids need to draw or paint on the topic and write a story to sustain their painting.
Other workshops and competitions organized for the tots are Nail Painting, Monster story, Ancient story through Kreeda games and Playdoh workshop by Funskool. The kids can also partake in competition such as Express a MAD story, Build a story, Paint the Barbie's Diamond Castle and hear its story.
