 Training programme on Radio facilitated by Hello FM

Hello FM, the non stop Tamil musical FM radio, meant for its innovative and interactive programmes, facilitated a training programme for International Radio trainers at its Station. 20 trainers from Radio Netherlands participated in the session organised by Hello FM on the functionalities of radio station, the technicalities, the show
formatting ,show hosting by RJs etc.
The delegates interacted with the Programming team and the talented RJ pool at Hello FM and had good experience on the various aspects of Hello FM’s programming style. They also interacted with the marketing team and the advertising department and gained an understanding on the various marketing techniques and strategies adopted by Hello FM to stabilize in the highly competitive environment.
