The "Seafood Market" opens at Paprika, the all day dining restaurant in Courtyard by Marriott. Chef-picked seafood from the surrounding waters like shrimps, kingfish, pomfret, tiger prawns, and many other favorites will be available at the buffet. The "Seafood Market" will feature only the freshest catch of the day; chefs

in fact go out to the market everyday at sunrise to pick up the finest catch. This festival has been conceptualized keeping in mind the popularity and appeal of seafood amongst the food enthusiasts in the city.
Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Ramesh Jackson, GM, Courtyard by Marriott said, “This festival is actually a sequel to our previous ‘Seafood Market’. The festival was a run away success then and a lot of our guests have been requesting us to bring it back, so this year the ‘Seafood Market’, in fact is an ode to the tremendous success we received in the previous year.” At Paprika’s ‘Seafood Market’, right from the heady smell of crabs to the mouth watering taste of lobsters – the food will be a refreshing experience, forcing the seafood lovers to come back for more.
The guest can choose from a wide selection of seafood and feast on it in a diverse range of cooking methods. So, the fresh catch can be grilled, deep fried or eaten in delicate Thai, Kerala or spicy gravies. Served with a choice of potato or rice the seafood preparation will be accompanied with a tossed salad or dipping sauce. Other popular dishes which have been re-introduced at the food festival are garlic sautéed prawns, grilled pomfret with herbs & crab chettinad. The exhaustive menu has been compiled by Chef Sunil, who promises to offer a rainbow of flavors to its diners. "The enticing variety at this festival will be perfect to tease any foodie who has a palate for versatility,” adds the Chef.
